Chairman

Mr. LEANG Long, Chairman of EYES REAL ESTATE is the shareholder and the founder. He has more than 14 years of experience in banking industry practice, having started his professional work with many multi-national and local companies in Cambodia and abroad. Mr. Long attended a prestigious business school in Cambodia and holds Master’s degree of economics in major of Financial Management. He also holds Bachelor degree of General Management and Degree of Diplomé Universitaire Bancaire/ Banking University in French-Khmer and English Class “DUB” at Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) and holder of Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) from CIPS Institute, USA, ID No. 61396955. In the business sector of banking track records together with experiencing of credit analysis, he deals with many real-estate service providers in Cambodia and currently is lecturer & the writer of real estate agency & valuation books for public, university student, associations and Financial Institutions and Banks which inspire him to found EYES REAL ESTATE with strong commitment to the highest ethical standards and professionalism in real estate. He has special merits making EYES REAL ESTATE a step ahead of competitors.

LEANG Seang Meng

Lawyer

Mr. LEANG Seang Meng is a lawyer and also a Operation Manager and the helper-in charge of EYES REAL ESTATE, who oversee overall work assignment of the firm. With extensive knowledge of law and experience since 2013 in real estate industry, Mr. Seang Meng has been involved in drafting and reviewing agreements regarding land leases, land titling, options to purchase land, and also advise clients on various legal matter such as commercial contracts, agreement, regulatory, especially real estate issues, including but not limited to the acquisition of land and matters related to real estate development. Mr. Seang Meng holds LL.M degree from Transnational Law and Business University (TLBU), Republic of Korea, LL.B degree from Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE), and B.Ed in English from Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL).

CHUON OKHEANG
BBA

Mr. CHUON Sokheang, Senior Valuation Officer of EYES REAL ESTATE. Holding Bachelor’s degree in the field of Public Administration from Royal University Law and Economics and got a Diploma Degree of Marketing and Public Relationship from The International Business Institute, Mr. Sokheang has successful completed many professional real estate courses what’re expertise of land management and land administration in the field of valuation services and is also in-charge of cases from Banks and Financial Institutions, courts and other privates sectors. He makes the reconciliation values of all the inspected properties to verify with Audit/Operation Manager and control all-inclusive database which is regularly updated for effectiveness of EYES ESTATE REAL. He has been earned since 2018 of working experiences with real estate practices and begins his first work with EYES REAL ESTATE as Propery Officer, Appraisal Officer and is currently promoted as Senior Appraisal Officer.

CHOENG Mengchhurng
Finance and Banking

Mr CHOENG Mengchhurng, Deputy Head of Operation Department of EYES Real Estate. Holding Bachelor’s degree in the field of Banking and Finance from Norton University of Cambodia. In 2019, Mr Mengchhurng has successful completed many professional real estate courses such as professional real estate valuation from University of Economics and Finance and many professional real estate agent courses too. He recently joined the real estate field and close many deal while working as a real estate agent at our company. He makes and a good at reconciliation values of all the inspected properties to verify with Audit/Operation Manager and control all-inclusive data of 100,000 properties which are regularly updated for effectiveness of EYES ESTATE REAL. He also has more than 5 years experience with our company

LEANG PANHA
Engineer

Mr. LEANG Panha, Technical Engineer, is a Team Leader of Site Inspectors of EYES REAL ESTATE. Holding Engineer’s degree in the field of Industrial and Mechanical Engineer from Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC), Mr. Panha has successful completed many projects in provinces as technician for the development of rural clean water supply, including Preak Tamak Water Supply Enterprise, Project of Siem Reap Water Supply Authority, organized and sponsored by Word Bank Group, the Department of Rural Water Supply (DRWS) and the Department of Rural Health Care (DRHC) of the Ministry of Rural Development. With EYES REAL ESTATE he has been trained on real estate both in local and international institutions, and deal with developers and constructors. 

MENG EDETH
MBA

Mr. MENG Edeth, Head of IT, is a Team Leader of Website Development & Programmer of EYES REAL ESTATE.  Holding Master Degree of Research and Lecturer from Cambodian Mekong University and IIC University of Technology. Mr. Edeth has successful completed many projects in the field of website developing, designer and the programmer in Property Management, Resort/Hotel Management and Restaurant Management. With EYES REAL ESTATE, he has been trained on real estate practice both in local and international institutions, and deal with developers, valuers and realtors. He makes the reconciliation values of all the inspected properties to verify with Audit Manager and control all-inclusive data of over 50,000 properties which are regularly updated for effectiveness of databases. 

LEANG HONGMENG 
Dentist

Mr. LEANG Hongmeng, Assistant Director. Holding Doctor Degree Dentistry in the field of Dentist at University of Health Sciences (UHS), Mr. Hongmeng is the helper-in charge since the date of our establishment. He has been earned since 2012 of working experiences with real estate industry practices and begins his first work with EYES REAL ESTATE as Operation Officer. He currently holds the title of all operations of realty services for and on behalf company.

TOM Mary

Accounting & Finance

Miss. TOM Mary, Operation Officer of EYES REAL ESTATE. Holder of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from National Institute of Business (NIB), Miss. Mary has been earned since 2022 of working experiences with real estate industry practices. She begins her first work with EYES REAL ESTATE as an Admin and Property Officer and is currently promoted as Operation Officer in order to work with team of Operation Department. During her service with EYES REAL ESTATE, She has been provided with a lot of professional training by real-estate service providers and obtained championship awards recognition in Cambodia.

SIM Piseth

Senior Appraisal Officer

Mr. SIM Piseth, Senior Appraisal Officer for EYES REAL ESTATE is holder of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Royal University of Phnom Penh. Mr. Piseth has been earned of working experiences with real estate industry practices since 2018. Such as a professional property valuer in the field of valuation services, He is also in charge of cases from Banks and Financial Institutions, courts and other privates sectors. He makes the reconciliation values of all the inspected properties to verify with Audit Manager and control all-inclusive data of 100,000 properties which are regularly updated for effectiveness of EYES ESTATE REAL. Mr Piseth has been training and well successful completed many professional real estate courses from University of Economy and Finance.
