This Privacy Policy describes how EYES REAL ESTATE CO., LTD. ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Eyes Real Estate mobile application (the "App" or "Service"), including on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

By creating an account or using the App, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions

• Account — a unique member account created for You to access features of the App (e.g., saving properties, contacting agents, managing listings).
• App / Service — the Eyes Real Estate mobile application, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
• Company — EYES REAL ESTATE CO., LTD., The Olympia City, The Fortune Tower Building No. C7 (Floor 19, No. 19-03), Tep Phon Blvd (St. 182), St. 161, Sangkat Veal Vong, Khan 7 Makara, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
• Personal Data — any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Device — any device (phone, tablet) used to access the App.
• Service Provider — a third party that processes data on the Company's behalf (see Section 5).
• You — the individual using the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide (Account Registration)

When you register as a member, We collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Password (stored encrypted/hashed — We never store plain-text passwords)
• Profile photo (optional, if you choose to upload one)
• Property preferences, saved searches, and saved/favorited listings
• Messages you send to agents or other users through the App
• If you list a property: listing details, property photos, and contact details you choose to publish

2.2 Location Data (GPS)

With Your permission, the App collects precise (GPS) and/or approximate location data from Your device. We use this to:

• Show properties near Your current location
• Power map search, distance/directions, and area-based filters
• Improve the relevance of listings and recommendations shown to You

Location is only collected while you use the App (foreground). We do not collect Your location in the background unless a future feature explicitly requests that permission and you separately consent to it.

You can withdraw location permission at any time through your Device's Settings (Settings → Apps → Eyes Real Estate → Permissions → Location). If you deny or revoke this permission, location-based features (e.g., "properties near me") will not work, but You can still browse and search properties manually.

2.3 Device Permissions

The App may request the following device permissions, only for the stated purpose:

Each permission is requested at the time it's needed, and You can grant or deny it. Denying a permission may limit related features but will not block use of the rest of the App.

2.4 Usage & Device Data

Automatically collected when You use the App:

• Device model, operating system and version
• Unique device/advertising identifiers
• IP address
• App interactions (pages/screens viewed, time spent, crash logs, diagnostics)

2.5 Information from Third-Party Services

We use Google Maps SDK to provide mapping, geocoding, and location-based search inside the App. Google may process location and device data as described in the Google Privacy Policy. No advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs are currently integrated into the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

• Create and manage Your member Account
• Show relevant, nearby property listings and enable map/GPS-based search
• Let You save, favorite, and inquire about listings
• Connect You with agents or other users via in-app messaging
• Send You service notifications (account activity, saved-search alerts, replies to inquiries)
• Maintain the security and proper functioning of the App
• Analyze usage to fix bugs and improve features
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell Your personal information to third parties.

4. Account Deletion

You can permanently delete Your account directly inside the App, without needing to contact support:

App → Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account

When You delete Your account:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone, photo) is permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days.
• Your saved searches, favorites, and in-app messages are deleted.
• Property listings You published may be removed or anonymized (with agent/owner identifying details removed), unless retention is required for legal, transactional, or dispute-resolution purposes.
• Some data may be retained longer where We are legally required to (e.g., transaction records, fraud-prevention logs, or records requested by law enforcement), stored securely and used only for that purpose.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If You only wish to stop using the App without deleting Your data, You may simply log out or disable notifications instead.

If You are unable to access the in-app option, You may also request deletion by emailing Us (see Section 11), and We will process the request within 30 days.

5. How We Share Your Information

We may share information with:

• Service Providers — hosting, cloud storage, and infrastructure providers who process data on Our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Google (Maps/Location SDK) — to render maps and process location-based searches.
• Agents/other users — information You choose to share when contacting an agent or publishing a listing (e.g., Your name and contact details) is visible to the relevant recipient.
• Legal authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Company or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy or a successor policy with prior notice to You.

We do not share Your precise location history with other users or the public.

6. Data Retention

We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Usage/diagnostic data is generally retained for a shorter period unless needed for security or legal compliance. See Section 4 for account-deletion-specific retention.

7. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, hashed passwords) to protect Your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on Your location, You may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or update Your Personal Data (via Profile → Account Settings)
• Request deletion of Your Personal Data (Section 4)
• Withdraw consent for location or notification permissions at any time (Device Settings)
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Request a copy of Your data (data portability)

To exercise these rights, use the in-app settings or contact Us using the details in Section 11.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to anyone under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in Your country), and We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If You believe a child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us so We can delete it.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be notified via the App or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
